The deposit needs to be paid 7 nights prior to arrival.
Weekly cleaning is included in the rate. Extra cleaning is available for additional fee.
UNITY allows a maximum stay of 90 consecutive days. For further stays there needs to be a break of 2 nights between reservations.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 06:00:00.
