When I do not work, by the way this is more rare, prefer to sit on a bike or traveling around our beautiful Istria (small Toscana Italy), which includes Piran and I enjoy having unique cuisine

Property information

Family apartment accommodation "Apartim" offers 5 different sizes of apartments, 4 with sea views of the Piran Bay and the Croatian coast, and 1 small double room STANDARD with lawn without sea view with a total capacity of 24-26 people. The accommodation is located in a beautifully landscaped and quiet area on a hill above the old town of Piran and has its own parking lot and a large grassy lawn. For an additional fee, we also offer the use of a larger social space in our Istrian style in the ground part of the house, for up to 20 people with a kitchen, refrigerators and a larger fireplace for baking. All apartments are almost new and are carefully maintained. To the town and the beach is about 800m, or max 12-15 minutes walk down the slope. Only 5 minutes by car you can choose between various beautiful beaches between Piran, Bernardin, Portorož and Strunjan There is also a bus from the city center 4 times a day to the vicinity of the accommodation. The shop-market is very close, only 10 minutes walk on the flat or 4 minutes by car.

Neighbourhood information

The entire building is new and is located in a very quiet area among lots of greenery.The car can be parked for free in front of accommodation and forget about it, because reached on foot in centrum Piran you need more or less 12-15 minutes !
