My wish is that the apartment is rented out in such a way that the guest can come with as little equipment as possible and that he can quickly enjoy the accommodation in the beautiful surroundings above the city of Maribor, which can be reached by gondola in just a few minutes, but still you are cut off from the world on quiet location in the middle of the forest, where you can come by car and park in the building below the apartment. The apartment is new, beautiful and above all practical... I work as the director of a handball club, I do all kinds of sports (swimming, running, skiing, snowboarding, cycling, skateboarding,...), I like to ride a BMW enduro motorcycle GSA, I have two border collie puppies. I also work with real estates.

The apartment is completely newly furnished, including a set of furniture, 2 x TVs, a washing machine and a dryer, a dishwasher, in the kitchen there is a wood-burning stove on which you can also cook in the apartment, there is also an iron with an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a grill with all necessary for immediate use, etc. The fuel is for the heat pump, it can also be heated with wood, pellets or air conditioning. On the terrace there is a bar table with 6 chairs and two lounge chairs, a grill, table football and darts. You can enter the apartment only with personal equipment and luggage, everything else is already in the apartment, the apartment also has bed linen, towels, basic food, spices, cosmetics, cleaning products, kitchen utensils, etc. The spatial arrangement is as follows: first you enter the hallway, then from the hallway on the right side is the bathroom, next to the bathroom is a bedroom with an exit to the terrace, next to the bedroom is a children's room with two beds, then a kitchen and a separate living room, also with an exit to the terrace, in the living room there is a sitting room where two beds are possible. In addition to the sitting room, there is also a sofa (sofa, two-seater), which can be extended into two more beds. This means a total of 8 beds with all bedding for all beds, including pillows. In the apartment, there is also a special folding bed/bed for small or large children with a yogi and a changing table. Languages spoken at the property: German, English, Slovenian, Croatian

The apartment is located in the heart of nature where you can enjoy complete peace. If you want the hustle and bustle, just take the gondola down to the city 10 min or drive for about 30 minutes or enjoy all the sports activities that Pohorje currently offers (hiking, cycling, horse riding, running, downhill...skiing in winter) , snowboarding, cross-country skiing, sledding...Near the apartment there is a restaurant, swimming pool, fitness center and saunas. Apartment for rent is in a unique location, below the top of Pohorje, 5 minutes' walk from the top, where the gondola leads, namely from the gondola down towards Maribor, right next to the ski resort and the downhill track on Maribor's Pohorje with a view of Maribor right below the Baby ski track. The apartment is located in a newly renovated multi-apartment building.
