Hisa Gusta, which means House of pleasure is located in a sunny position of Modrej village in the immediate vicinity of the lake Soca. The house is an architectural dialogue between modernity and tradition with a charming play of light and shadow and interaction of natural material like wood and concrete. The greatest value is a marvelous lake view.
There are two double bedrooms with accompanying bathrooms, a lounge with kitchen, outdoor terrace very suitable for summer breakfasts and a garden with a small fireplace.

Born in the late rock sixties, I enjoy my middle age with Mirko and Gina. Mirko teaches me diving, and I teach him tango. Gina barks. We love good documentaries, passionate music and good visibility ... and of course, cheese and wine.
Most Na Soci is known for its rich archeological findings ranging from the Late Bronze Age to the Roman period. The finds are exhibited in the school to Most Na Soci and Tolmin Museum.
The administrative center of Tolmin is 5 km away. In the last decade, Tolmin is mainly known for high-profile music festivals.
Hisa Gusta is a fantastic starting point for excursions to many nearby historic landmarks from the 1st St. War, as well as to relax in the unspoiled nature or water sports. Its surroundings are dotted with walking and mountain paths for pedestrians and cyclist. Rivers Soca, Idrijca, and Baca offer an unforgettable fishing, kayaking, or simply a refreshing cool down in the heat of the summer months. For sports enthusiasts are available adrenaline experiences as rafting, canyoning or downhill mountain biking.
Higher in the mountains, you can visit some farms, which are famous for their production of Tolmin cheese. In the surrounding inns, you can try the local food, demanding gourmets will be taken to a half-hour remote Kobarid House Franko.
In the new fish farm at Tolmin, you can buy marble trout or grayling and prepare a delicious »homemade« carpaccio.
