The Retreat House is a Catholic institution run by the Salesian Sisters of Don Bosco - Daughters of Mary Help of Christians. In addition to spiritual and educational programmes for children, youth and adults, they offer accommodation for individuals and groups to relax, go on excursions and enjoy the beauty of nature. It is always possible to stay at Mary's Home in the house chapel or to join the religious community for Holy Mass.
It is located less than 1 km from Bled Castle and 700 m from Lake Bled. It is located just 5 minutes from the centre and main bus station. The Bled Sports Hall is a 14-minute walk away, while the Bled Festival Hall is just an-11 minute walk away. There is also a 24-hour emergency room, St Martin's Parish Church and a grocery shop within less than a 10-minute walk. Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport is 36 km away.
