Accommodation: Private studio appartment in 1. floor of a family house is fully equipped with bathroom, kitchen and a living space with cable TV and a comfortable double bad, a balcony and with advanced agreement a pulled out sofa for a third person. The place is modern and domestic, with lots of daylight and is very comfortably equipped for 2 persons. We also except 3 persons if needed. You have your own entrance and the keys of the appartment, so all the privacy is provided. As this is also a family house we invite all our guests to enjoy staying on our garden, where you can relax under wine yard or chill on a sun, with beautiful views on mountains surrounding the area. We are more than pleased to help our guests to feel welcome for any question regarding their stay in the area to advice where to go and spend unforgettable vacations. Very welcome!
If you have any questions about the Carniola region area we are happy to help. In the appartment we have many prospects about local places that are interesting for travelers.
Location: If you're thinking about experiencing an authentic rural fairytale while being surrounded by pure Alpine air, a vacation in the village of Križe in the Slovenian Upper Carniola region will be the perfect choice for you. The village is located in the NW part of Slovenia, at the foothills of two mountain ranges – the Karavanke and the Julian Alps. Nearby are numerous meadows and forests, suitable for long walks and cycling. Major towns are just around the corner. Tržič is only 2 km away and there's only a 15 km distance to Kranj, the heart of the Upper Carniola region. What is more, thanks to the proximity of the motorway, you will not need more than 20 minutes to reach Bled, a real gem among Slovenia's towns, and you can get to Ljubljana in mere 30 minutes.
