Situla offers its residents a 24-hour reception, that is, the exclusive service of a concierge and highly professional security and door service. Panoramic windows in the apartment open from top to bottom. This glazing allows excess daylight while taking into account the most stringent requirements of protection against noise. The sliding aluminium panels on the outside of the glazing provide an effective shading and prevent overheating in the summer. Central ventilation of all rooms is organized via the central ventilation device, which conveys fresh air with controlled temperature and humidity. The apartment has a built-in touch screen, through which you can control the temperature in every room, regulate light, ventilation, humidity etc.
