The Apartment is a 3* category apartment and it was completely renovated in 2022. It is located on
the lower part of the host's privat residential building, with an independent private entrance. The
apartment has a total of 35 m2 of usable space: a windbrake, a living area with a kitchen and dining
room and a separate bedroom, which is connected to a private bathroom. The Apartment offers all
the equipment for a quality guest stay. It is suitable for two people and it is uniquely furnished with
a modern decor and contemporary design. A little bit of host's retro artistic freedom in furnishing the
apartment provides special and at the same time pleasant and comfortable ambiance for the
duration of your stay.
Important information:
All guests must provide a personal ID card or passport for registration purposes with the local authorities. That is a demand under Slovenian law and applicable to all rental properties.
Tourist tax is not included in the nightly accommodation price and should be paid upon
arrival.

The apartment is located in one of the most convenient area of Ljubljana and it is only 7km from
the Ljubljana city center. It is accessible from the Ljubljana's ring road and from the A2 motorway.
All the basic infrastructure (post office, pharmacy, medical center, shops, cafes, restaurants, recreational
areas and other sports activities...) is located near the apartment, but it still offers a peaceful and
pleasant environment for living.
The A2 motorway, which connects Ljubljana with Austria on one side and Ljubljana with Croatia on
the other side, is only 400m from the accommodation. Jože Pučnik Airport is 20km away - approx.
15 minutes by car. The accommodation is also connected to the airport by a regular bus line to the
city center of Ljubljana with an intermediate bus stop (Šentvid), which is only 300m distante from
