120 m2 apartment in family house surrounded by a well-kept garden. The house is located in Kramare, which is a preferred residential area of Bratislava, with several important Hospitals nearby. City enter and main train station are reachable with public transportation in 10 minutes. In front of the house is located a bus stop. City forest park and TV tower are within walking distance. Supermarket and pharmacy nearby. Free parking behind a closed gate on the property close to the entrance to the apartment.

My husband and I are fresh retired. We were working more than 30 years in international companies and were in contact with different nations and cultures. We enjoyed communicating and networking with other people what we are missing since have retired. Therefore we enjoy meeting our guests in person and are trying to be helpful in making their stay in Bratislava better and more enjoyable. Our highest satisfaction is when the guests are returning to us.

The house is located close to the city forest park. In the neighborhood there is a supermarket, drugstore, pharmacy and a bus stop. Besides visiting the medieval downtown our guests can enjoy walking to the observation tower which is in a 1200 meters distance with a great view on the city. In walking distance close to the TV Tower there is also a very good restaurant Shoppa serving excellent local as well as international meals. On weekends it is possible to visit the rotating restaurant at the TV Tower. The parking place is in front of the house behind the closed gate.
