Pleasant and cozy apartment in the wider road of Žilina. Just a 5-minute walk from the historic city center. The apartment is located in a new building with an elevator and parking right in front of the building. RULES OF SHORT-TERM APARTMENT RENTAL 1. Night quiet 22:00-7:00 2. No party. 3. Visits only with the prior consent of the lessor 4. Any illegal activities related to prostitution, pimping and other types of crime are prohibited 5. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment 6. City tax is paid on the spot 7. Accommodation does not provide invoices for business trips By making a reservation, you agree to the rules of short-term apartment rental.
