Ubytovanie je vzdialené 15 km od aquaparku Tatralandia a ponúka bezplatné Wi-Fi a bezplatné súkromné parkovisko. Apartmán má 2 spálne, vybavenú kuchyňu s umývačkou riadu a mikrovlnnou rúrou a 2 kúpeľne so sprchovacím kútom. K vybaveniu patrí TV s plochou obrazovkou.
