Dvojizbový byt v centre mesta s podzemným garážovým státim. Centrum sa nachádza 5 minút pešo, ministry 7 minút pešo. Apartmán je kompletne zariadený, je vhodný pre 4 osoby. V apartmáne sa nachádza práčka, kavomat, chladnička, mikrovlnka, TV, Wi-Fi.
