Several valuable buildings and houses stand on the square. The oldest of them were built in the 15th century. Pribicier's house dates from this period. At the turn of the 15th and 16th centuries, Ebner's House, Cisársky House and Leaning Tower were built. The Leaning Tower had several names in the past: - Clock Tower (from the time of its construction) - Vážnicová (because it stood next to the city scale building) - Green (for its coloring its copper roof) - and from the end of the 19th century Šikmá (thanks to the disturbance of the statics and its gradual deviation). Today, many restaurants, bars, and shops are available on the square.
