The family-run Penzión Poľana is set just below the Slavkovsky Peak and a 10-minute walk from the centre of Stary Smokovec. It is a great starting point for hiking in the High Tatras. Free Wi-Fi and a sauna are provided. Penzión Poľana is housed in the building dating back to 1929. All rooms are decorated with bright colours and wooden furniture.They come with an LCD TV and a seating area. A breakfast and a dinner are served daily in the Poľana Penzión’s restaurant. Taverns, restaurants and cafés are just 30 metres away. The property offers a Finnish sauna, a biosauna and a relax room, all for an additional fee. The nearest spa with an indoor pool and a gym is located 500 metres away at the Bellevue Hotel. A ski bus stop and a tram stop are only 30 meters away. Hrebienok can be reached within 1.5 km. Tatranská Lomnica Ski Resort with one of the steepest cable cars in Europe, going to Lomnický štít Peak, is 3 km away. Free private parking is available on site.
