575 HAUS is a newly renovated shophouse building with 5 private stylish design units. There 3 floors with no elevator in the building. Located in the heart of BKK only 5-min walk from BTS Skytrain Krungthonburi Station (S7) and 5-min away from ICONSIAM by car. There are convenience store (7-11) nearby Note: - There’s available space for luggage storage before check-in and after check-out (free) - Each unit is equipped with full facilities such as microwave, hot shower, air-condition, WiFi high speed 1 Gbps/500Mbps, fridge, lights, hair dryer, towels, cutlery etc. Also, we have a standing iron streamer to borrow, please kindly inform us in advance if you need - Self check-in and Self service. Guest can contact host anytime by phone call or chat. - Available for space luggage storage before check-in and after check-out (free). However, we will not take any responsibility on every guest's’ belongings, luggage and valuable items. - No smoking allowed in all area in this building. - No elevator in this building, guests can carry the luggage by using stairs. - 1 time cleaning after guest checked out. - 1 time provided bed sheets, pillow cases & towels (before check-in) - No making loud noise - No TV but have free WiFi internet in each room. - No washing machine provided. There is a self-laundry service next to the building. - No cooking, we do not allow to use portable gas at our airbnb for any reasons to avoid accident - No. of guests booked and stayed must be the same.
