Enjoy proximity to Choeng Mon Beach (4min drive/21min walk), an award-winning Yoga Retreat (3min drive/9min walk), and a Thai Box gym (1min drive/8min walk). Spanning 163 square meters across 2.5 storeys with a mezzanine level, our condominium boasts two swimming pools and a fitness gym, all with Wi-Fi coverage. The apartment features two separate bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony upstairs. Downstairs, unwind in the living room with a 32” flat-screen TV, a small guest bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Direct terrace and garage access add convenience. Perched on a foothill, our property offers stunning sea views from the upper swimming pool amidst palm groves and private villas.
