**There is some construction on land adjacent to Villa 4, so some noise can be expected in the day time (updated October 2025). Located 3km from Aonang Beach, Baan Santhiya Private Pool Villas - Free Tuk-Tuk Service to the Beach! offers spacious villas with 3 bedrooms and a private swimming pool for each villa. A 7-minute drive from Aonang Beach, this resort provides free Wi-Fi, free shuttle service to Aonang and free parking. Villas at Baan Santhiya come with modern Thai interiors and large living areas. All bedrooms and the living area are air conditioned while the master bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom. A large flat-screen TV and Bluetooth speaker can be enjoyed on the ground floor where your can also find a large open-plan western kitchen with a dining table and living area. For your relaxation, spacious terrace and private pool are accessed via the bi-fold doors. Daily housekeeping, pool cleaning and overnight security are some of the service provided. 2 minutes' walk away, you will find a few local minimarts and restaurants. 5 minutes' walk away, there is a French bakery. There are 2 supermarkets in Aonang (only 3 minutes' from the villa with the tuk-tuk service) - Lotus and Makro. Guests can enjoy a relaxing barbecue in the garden, or make sightseeing bookings at the on-site reception. Staff can assist with luggage storage, airport shuttle arrangements, in-villa massage or restaurant recommendations.
