Hidden in the lush green mountains of northern Thailand, 30kms from the Burmese and Lao borders, 458m above sea level, lies Chivit Thammada Mountain Home, a 7 room luxury villa surrounded by pristine forest and with spectacular mountain and lake views. This is the very north of Thailand and during the winter season, the climate is cool and with wonderful starlit nights. Perfect for evening BBQs and night caps in front of the fireplace. The villa consists of two main buildings, the Mountain View Villa has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and sleeps eight adults. The Lake View Villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps five adults. Extra beds can be provided to accommodate a total of sixteen guests. Both villas have fully equipped kitchens, large living rooms and outdoor terraces and all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Common areas include an evening lounge with a latest Bose Home Theatre Soundsystem, Darts, Bar Billiards and a full size Snooker table. Also, there is a saltwater swimming pool, indoor fireplace, lakeside BBQ area, breakfast area with fantastic mountain views, an organic vegetable garden, tropical fruit trees and various cosy sitting areas and hammocks spread out throughout the property. Rates includes daily coffee, tea and water as well daily maid and laundry service. The kitchens are fully equipped and upon request we can arrange food or drink delivery prior to check-in. As we also run Chivit Thamma Da Coffee House, Bistro & Bar in Chiang Rai town we can bring wonderful food, drink and cake menus to the mountain and arrange for full catering or special parties. Additionally, there are two very well stocked bars with exquisite glassware available for guests at reasonable prices. EV 22kwh charger is available as well as a few extra sockets for guests using their own chargers. Charging is free of charge! Our lake is full of fish and gear is available should you feel lucky. If not, just sit and watch huge cat fish coming up for air

We are approximately 45 min drive north of Chiang Rai Airport, perfectly located to explore nearby attractions of Doi Mae Salong, Doi Tung, Tham Luang Cave, Doi Pha Hee, Chang Moob Army outpost and the Burma border town of Mae Sai. The Golden Triangle and historic cities of Chiang Saen and Chiang Khong on the Mekong River bordering Lao are also close by. There are some wonderful hiking trails around the Villa and our staff can help with advise. Mountain biking is great as well but its pretty hilly so you need to be in good shape!
