This 2-bedroom apartment is part of Kata SeaView, a luxury residence with full sea view of the Kata Bay. The condo has a beautiful pool freely accessible. The living room opens onto a large balcony where there are chairs & tables to enjoy a cocktail while the sun sets over the Andaman Sea. It's also ideal for a breezy breakfast, surrounded by nature, the sea and the vibrancy of the Kata resort town, one of the most exclusive parts of Phuket. We are happy to welcome up to 4 guests here. This fully air-conditioned apartment features two elegantly styled ensuite bedrooms with king-size beds and windows opening on the unblocked side of the building. The living room boasts a cozy sofa from which you can enjoy the panoramic seaview, a flatscreen TV with WiFi access, and a dining area for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for any type of cooking. We provide full concierge services, like in a 5-star hotel: our concierge will be at your disposal to assist you with any request or question. The apartment is entirely yours during your stay. You also have complimentary access to the common swimming pool and parking area of the residence. - We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per bathroom upon check-in. - Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. - The pool is shared with other tenants.

It takes 5 minutes to drive (about 1.5 km) to Kata or Kata Noi beaches. Patong beach is a mere 15 minutes away. A shuttle bus is going to the town centre and to the beach several times a day. Kata has one of the best loved beaches in South East Asia and a vibrant centre, with numerous seafood and Thai restaurants and all kinds of fun places such as Surf House. It's a family-friendly, easy going place, surrounded by natural beauty.
