Our air conditioned Studios and villa is in the dead end of the alley so it's very quiet and calm and uniquely we are not a studio in condo or in a building with lift or stairs shared by 10s but just two studios in a house that makes it nearly private and completly private if next studio remains vacant or taken by you. We're a family running the business so we're very friendly and helpful ready to assist you anytime.
We also have 24 hours open 7 eleven and SuperCheap groceries at a walking distances of 5 minutes. Tesco Lotus 8 min walk. Bangtoa beach 1.3 km walk. Weekly twice, evening market just 3 minutes walk. Hospital is 5 minutes walking. Restaurants are 5 minutes walking. Bangtoa beach 1.3 km (short cut way - ask the host) Surin beach is 2.5 km and Patong beach 16 km. Waterfalls at 10 km. Immigration office at Blue tree 3 km.
In short we assure you would enjoy your holidays in this family friendly villa. This area is safe for your family as you will see 10s of parents strolling in trolleys to beach mornings and evenings.
