Please note: Due to limited room size, a maximum of 2 guests (including children) can be accommodated in a one-bedroom room and a maximum of 5 guests (including children) can be accommodated in two-bedroom room apartment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 1/ Please keep the room card and key properly, if it is damaged or lost, please compensate 1000 baht. 2/ As we are a home-stay, our kitchenware are cleaned by guests after use. please clean and put it back after use, otherwise you need to pay 300 baht to our cleaning staff to clean kitchenware. 3/ We will thoroughly clean the room before guest check-in. we provide two bath towels for one-bedroom apartment and four bath towels for two-bedroom apartment. If you need to add things (such as toilet paper, etc.), please contact me in time, staff working time 10 am to 1 PM, other times will not be available for you. 4/ we provide one room card and key for each apartment. Please contact me if you need the second. 5/ room guide of the apartment is posted on the back of the room door. we provide one air conditioner remote control for each apartment, which can control all air conditioners. please insert roomcard in the cardreader to obtain electricity of AC. The WIFI password is on the room router. 6. , Don't use fire/smoke in the room and public area. If necessary, you can go to the balcony to smoke. 7. After swimming, please dry yourself and change your clothes before entering the elevator. Wet shoes and feet are not allowed in the elevator. otherwise will be fined 2,000 baht.
