Villa Souimanga is managed by our property manager, Audrey, who will be available throughout your stay. Upon your arrival at the villa, we kindly ask you to sign a registration form, which outlines the rules of Villa Souimanga, the electricity fees, and the security deposit. A copy of each traveler’s passport will be requested upon arrival in order to comply with Thai immigration laws. Electricity is charged according to consumption at a rate of 9 THB per kWh (meter readings taken at check-in and check-out).Please note that power outages and voltage fluctuations can occasionally occur in tropical regions due to high temperatures and heavy rains. These events are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for any resulting inconvenience. For stays of 7 nights or more, a cleaning service (including linens and towels) is required 1x/week at a rate of 2,500 THB. A security deposit of 10,000 THB and a passport copy are required. To offer more flexibility, early check-ins and late check-outs can be arranged subject to availability, with a small fee of 300 THB per hour. For your comfort, the garden and pool are maintained weekly by our technician. We will inform you in advance of their visit. Please allow access to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the property. A monthly pest control treatment is carried out to guarantee a healthy environment, ensuring guests’ comfort and peace of mind without concern for insects or pests.

The villa is located in a quiet area of Mae Nam, near Soi 1, and just 5 minutes by scooter or car from the main road. Only 3 minutes away, you’ll find an authentic Thai restaurant, Kwan Khao, serving delicious traditional dishes at very reasonable prices — takeaway is also available! A little further, at the entrance of Soi 1, there’s a Top’s convenience store where you can pick up all your essentials. From the main road, a small path leads to the peaceful Mae Nam Beach, perfect for swimming, a walk, or watching the sunset. Follow the signs to Nana Beach Bar — relax on a sunbed with your feet in the sand and a cocktail in hand, enjoying a stunning view of Koh Phangan. For a Western-style breakfast, head to Sweet & Salty on the main road — from fluffy pancakes to delicious salmon and avocado toast, it’s the perfect way to start your day!
