Modern style private pool Villa is in a quiet residential area .The villa is combined with 3 houses next to each other and features spacious spaces and comfortable bright clean rooms .Fully equipped kitchen, a Pool table, dinning areas,8x4 meter salt water pool, washing machines ,bicycles. Villa provide parking for 2-3 cars ,open air kitchen and grill .The area has 7-11 , farmer's market , massage shop ,groceries,food shop within walking distance. Getting around is convenient with grab taxi.

We are located in south of Chiang Mai 2.2 kms from Chiang Mai international airport and 4.2 kms from Tha pae gate. Our location is in a residential area .There are food shops ,Farmer's market ,pharmacy , groceries and restaurants nearby within walking distance. You can use GRAB taxi easily by Grab RodDaeng for example Tapae Gate 160 bath per car fit maximum 10 person. Recommended places near us. 7-11 Convenience Store 400 meters walk Farmer's market ( Food ,vegetables,fruits etc) *on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays only 210 meters Million pillows hostel 1. kms Chiangmai surf skate and cat cafe 800 meters Krua Esan restaurant 1.1 kms Mae Hia Fresh market 4.5 kms Central Airport plaza Chiang Mai 1.8 kms Tesco lotus 1 kms by foot.
