Situated near Rawai Beach along Phuket's southern coast, the fully-furnished Grand 5BR Pool Villa Sea la Vie is a 5-bedroom villa with a private outdoor pool and free WiFi access. This villa is a 3-minute drive from stunning sunset views at Promthep Cape and a short drive from popular Nai Harn Beach. Seafood and international restaurants, along with other shops, can be found in the Rawai area. Phuket International Airport is a 48 km drive away. All five spacious bedrooms boast an en suite bathroom with a shower. The villa's large open-plan living area features an equipped kitchen and dining area, which faces the pool deck. Kitchen appliances include a dish washer and an oven. Other amenities in the villa include flat-screen TVs, a washing machine and a barbecue. During their stay, guests can make arrangements for a private chef, car hire and airport transfers.

Property information

Villa Sea La Vie's dominant position over one of the most beautiful bays of Phuket, Rawai Beach, gives it a unique character. Nestled on the hills of Promthep Cape, a protected green area famous for its sensational sunsets, the villa is a stone throw from Naiharn beach, which justifies by itself a visit to our island. It takes only a few 100m to reach Rawai Beach and find the best seafront seafood and Thai restaurants. The saltwater pool, in the middle of a lovely garden, is a delight. The ground floor is raised and opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the garden and the pool deck. On each side of the spacious living room and open kitchen, you will find 4 ensuite bedrooms, each one with a different colour theme and a king size bed. On the second floor, a large parental suite offers even more privacy. It is complemented by an over-sized terrace with commandeering views of the Rawai Bay. It is decorated by beautiful potted tropical plants. Please note: Electricity is not included and is charged separately at 8 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per bathroom upon check-in. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. You can order it more often for a small additional fee.

Neighbourhood information

Villa Sealavie is located in Promthep Cape, a protected natural area. Ya Nui Beach and Naiharn Beach are less than 2km away, these are the best beaches for swimming in Phuket. The Rawai Beach can be accessed by foot, just walking downhill. It is lined up with atmospheric beach front restaurants that offer amazing value. This beach, also not suitable for swimming, is picture perfect. Convenience stores, nice bars and massage shops as well as other boutiques can be found at the back of the beach promenade. This is one of my favourite area of Phuket.

Smoking is allowed at outdoor areas. Please note that smoking in rooms are subject to a THB 2000 fine and surcharge for deep cleaning.

Please note that parties and loud events are not allowed to be held at this property.

Pool cleaning (3 times a week) and gardening service (once a week) are provided free of charge.

Cleaning services are provided three times per week. Bed linen and towels are changed twice a week. Additional cleaning services are available at a starting fee of THB 600.

Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 6 per unit.

Extra guests are charged at THB 1000 per night. (Maximum of 2 extra guests per villa.)

An early check-in or late check-out is possible (based on availability) for an additional charge.
