The comfort of taking an elevator down to the shopping mall, which houses world-famous brands, indoor and outdoor pools and SPA (valid for stays of 2 months or more) below the flat is another thing.. It is 20 minutes away from Sabiha Gökçen airport and 70 minutes away from IST airport. Right next to Marmaray Yunus train station, where you can reach the city center in half an hour and Taksim and Sultanahmet areas in 50 minutes by train; Transportation is very practical and comfortable. Watch movies, clips and documentaries in 4K quality on Netflix and YouTube with your smart TV. Complete your office work easily with high-speed internet. If you want to have even more fun, have fun at Jolly Joker Club, located under the apartment by elevator, and other indoor and open concept bars and pubs of İstMarina AVM. Sheets, duvet covers, towels and carpets are washed carefully at high temperatures. IstMarina's beachfront location, modern, stylish, fascinating architecture, wonderful night lighting, gym, market, restaurant, concert club, bars, playgrounds, free parking, and its proximity to public transportation such as high-speed trains, buses and ferries make it very popular.
