Notos Kas is shortlisted as the finalist for The Best Residential Project of the World at World Architecture Festival 2018. Notos Kas is designed by one of the best architectural offices of Turkey with international recognition. Notos Kas offers an impeccable year-round life in a unique paradise-on-earth-setting where both greens and blues, the history and the contemporary are interwined. NOTOS kas is comprised of 14 Villas across 10.500 sqm. The villas are positioned to fit the existing olive-trees, rock formations and the geology. Notos Lounge welcome Kas Residents with a breathtaking scenery. The Lounge's splendid infinity pool faces Ufakdere Bay which hosts two small islands, one Turkish one Greek.
