Hello All! Welcome to our listing. Our beach house on the Aegean coast is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun and sea and the great food the area has to offer. It comfortably houses four and is a walk away from the beach. The complex we are part of also has a large pool with great views. The pool is open during the summer months. The house is a short drive away from the village of Gumusluk, restaurants and other attractions. Our house is a comfortable vacation house with most necessities and furnishings. We like the way we set it up, yet it may not meet everyone's preferences and tastes. If you are looking for a pristine hotel like experience, this may not be the place for you. Please review the photos and read the property description for details. For your information, I can only message you after you complete the booking. Booking-dot-come system is set up that way. If you ask me a question in your reservation request, I cannot reply to that message, until you complete the booking. After the booking we can communicate and if you decide not to rent, you can cancel the booking.
My wife and I live in New York. Every year we visit our families overseas in Holland and Turkey. This is our place in Turkey. We love the climate, the food, the sea and would love to offer this for others to enjoy. We will communicate via email and phone through the booking process. We will not be present during guests' stay.
Gumusluk is a very popular seaside village and is famous for its ancient history and its seafront sea food restaurants. The nearby towns of Yalikavak & Turgustreis are only a 20 minutes drive away. There are numerous local beaches in the area, besides the one that is directly in front of us, which also provides food and horseback riding. In the complex our house located in, there is a swimming pool with panoramic views of the bay. The town of Bodrum is about 45 minutes away and offers lively night life and entertainment year-round. There are local taxis and public minibus transportation or car/moped can be rented.
