Our luxury holiday villa with 4 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of up to 9 people with children is an ideal choice for large families and groups of friends. Due to its location, it offers the advantage of easy access to Yalıkavak Marina, which hosts markets, restaurants and world-famous brands. This stylish holiday home with a magnificent sea view, a very large and semi-protected private pool and garden, has been carefully and tastefully furnished with all your needs in mind so that you can experience a holiday in the comfort of your home. There is a private parking lot for 3-4 vehicles at the entrance of our villa. From this section; Access to the outdoor swimming pool/garden section and the main entrance door of the house is provided. On the ground floor of our duplex villa, there is an open-plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining area, a winter garden, a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and a shared toilet. From this floor, there is a transition to the garden / outdoor swimming pool area, where we think you will spend most of your holiday. Upstairs there is a very spacious master bedroom, one with dressing room, double bed and en-suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. These two rooms have a shared bathroom/toilet. All rooms have wonderful sea and Yalikavak views.
