We've done an 'almost' complete knockdown and renovation in 2018, so the villa is sparkling. We've furnished her with the latest mod-con's, and we're confident you'll return time and again. Villa Roxy is in close proximity to the major beaches, cafe's, bars and supermarkets in Kalkan, and a short walk to the centre of town and marina. We are an Australian Turkish couple who have been visiting Kalkan for many years. We finally decided to purchase our first home there in 2016, and after several (sometimes painful) months of project managing a complete renovation, we're excited to show off Villa Roxy to visitors. We are currently based in Abu Dhabi, however love to visit Villa Roxy a few times a year (in theory anyway.) Villa Roxy is located in the Kalamar district of Kalkan. It's within a stone's throw from some of the best cafe's, restaurants and bars in Kalkan, and accessible to most attractions in town.
