“住宿地點離火車站超級近(過個馬路的距離而已)，租車、領錢、小吃、加油...等等，通通都不是問題，任何問題都可以詢問民宿老闆娘她們，甚麼都能幫你解答，景點推薦的也不藏私，早餐也可以選擇她們自己開的早餐店(蛋餅、壽司、抓餅、飲料一應俱全)好可惜回程為了趕火車沒有買到，以後每次去到玉里我還是要住京彤。”

“京彤民宿就在玉里車站對面，超商美食都不會離太遠，老闆娘三代一起經營民宿之外還經營了樓下的早餐壽司店，壽司超好吃的尤其是豆皮壽司，多汁又鮮嫩現包的，老闆娘兩個女兒超有氣質的又超美的，民宿很新很乾淨，水壓又強，老闆娘讓遊客感覺像自己家的一樣，下次一定要在住同一間。ps老闆娘的女兒們真的很美喔”

“一樓民宿販售的早餐好吃👍民宿環境很新且乾淨，浴室寬敞水壓很強，加大的床舒適好睡。出去就看到玉里火車站，前排汽機車停車場很大，還有7-11、寶雅，也能租汽機車，機能都很方便，市區美食都在附近，花15分鐘車程，還能去安通泡溫泉，很不錯！cp值很高，建議臭豆腐要去吃玉里橋頭才對味，道地玉里麵、炭烤雞腿排都很讚！”

“地點超棒，就在火車站前面，找吃的很方便！ 雙人房房間不大，但是明亮整潔，床好好躺棉被也很大很舒服（不用搶被子）。 浴室乾濕分離，淋浴間水很大且夠熱。 房間有小冰箱可以使用。 另外要稱讚一下打掃真的很乾淨！ 下次有機會再來一定選擇這裡！ 喔，樓下店面是老闆娘經營的壽司店，也很好吃喔。”
