A luxurious family friendly vacation home. Well-furnished & maintained with a sense of privacy of living in a true home. Fully air-conditioned. 5 bedroom house with 6 bathrooms (4master bedrooms). 2 fully furnished kitchens and 2 Lounge/Dining areas. Well-kept gardens & outdoor amenities.Indoor laundry area. Free onsite car park fully secured with 24/7 CCTV system and electric fence. While we would be happy to host any guests who find this listing suitable for their accommodation and stay needs, the listing is equipped with facilities and outdoor amenities for those travelling as a family especially with young children. Equipped with a 55 inch TV with DStv cable TV channels in the living room. Free and unlimited WiFi. Comfortable and furnished balconies. Swimming pool and Kids play area. A solar power system and solar outdoor lights which (guarantees some light during power outages). We have a very dedicated hosting team that can also assist you with any queries you may have, including any questions about Dar Es Salaam and Tanzania in general. We also have a seven seater Luxury Land Rover Discovery on site for hire in case you want to drive yourself about and explore the city.
Family friendly vacation home. Well-furnished & maintained with a sense of privacy and a very quiet neighbourhood. This listing is located in a private compound in an upcoming Madale suburb of Dar Es Salaam, about 2.5 kilometres from Bagamoyo Road along Goba Road. Easily accessible by both private and public transport means, with short commutes from nearby major attractions along Bagamoyo Road ( i.e. shopping centers, restaurants, beach resorts etc.). Convenient location from where you can easily and cheaply commute to anywhere within the city (ride e-hailing services to/from the house are available 24/7 using all popular ride-hailing Uber, Bolt, etc.). The house is also perfect for hosting small family gatherings, all occasions and age groups. Relatively short commutes from the city centre (18 kilometres or approximately 40 minutes by car during peak hours). Lovely outdoor area with impeccable gardens.
