Cozy two-room apartments with a separate entrance. 10 min. by car to the City Center, Onco Hospital, Hospital, Children's Hospital, Bus Station. Own large yard There is a place for a car. Free parking near the house. Recreation area: barbecue, gazebo, swing, children's area. Modern renovation, all necessary appliances, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi. Bed linen, towels provided. There is all the necessary dishes. We love animals, so accommodation is possible by prior arrangement. The apartments are large, spacious, warm, clean. There is backup power and autonomous water supply. Shelter in a furnished basement. Nearby is a park, playground, shops, supermarkets, ATM.
