Cozy and clean apartments in the house. Fresh design repair of 2018. Nothing superfluous - everything is as thought out and functional as possible. View from the window to the courtyard and Victory Avenue from the 9th floor. A small but pleasant feature of this apartment is that there is a "Cocoon Chair" on which you can relax or do work. The apartments are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: from a full kitchen to a shoe spoon)
We will be happy to welcome you in our comfortable apartments. It is really important for us that our guests feel at home and not worry about life.
The apartments are a 5-minute walk from the Polytechnic Institute Metro Station. Near the house there are public transport stops, so you can quickly get to Independence Square, St. Sophia Cathedral, Podil, Station, Victory Square, Circus. Walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants.
