The house is located on a hill overlooking the mountains. 2 separate rooms (apartments): 1st floor - entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom, dining room, spacious living room with soft folding furniture, TV. The area on ​​the first floor is 52 sq.m. 2nd floor - two double bedrooms, wardrobe, bathroom, balcony. The room can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. The area on ​​the second floor is 48 sq.m. Heating is autonomous. Hot and cold water constantly. It features barbecue facilities and a terrace. You can go skiing nearby.
