During the process, I spoke with many people who have extensive experience managing hotels, hostels, and apartments. I listened carefully to their advice, analyzed the challenges they faced, and tried to account for all these nuances already at the design stage. It was a kind of exchange of experience and knowledge, from which I distilled the very best solutions. I thought through every detail — from the convenient layout of the rooms and modern security systems to the interior touches that create a sense of coziness. It was important to me that everything worked flawlessly, so guests would find every element easy to use and nothing would distract them from rest or work. This is the Kharkivskyi neighborhood on the Left Bank of Kyiv. I’ve lived here all my life and can honestly say I consider it one of the best areas in the city. It has everything you need for living and relaxing. There’s a large, modern shopping center (River Mall) nearby, as well as many stores, cafés, and restaurants to suit any taste. You’ll also find car services, service centers, banks, and pharmacies — everything is close at hand. Plus, there are plenty of green areas and parks for walks or exercise. It’s a neighborhood that combines urban convenience with the chance to unwind peacefully. I really love living here, and I hope you’ll enjoy it too.
