Cozy apartment in a new building near Peremoha Park, complex Parkovi Ozera 2. 4th floor, windows facing the courtyard. On the 1st floor of the complex there is a closed parking lot, which can be used as a shelter during an air raid alarm. Everything you need for a comfortable stay: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, towels, bedding, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, drinking water filter, hairdryer, iron, projector. 4 sleeping places (2+2) - a 160x200 bed in a separate bedroom and a 150x200 sofa bed in the kitchen.
There is a Fora supermarket in the building. The complex has access to the lake in Peremoha Park. Neighbor residential complex has a variety of coffee shops, minimarkets, beauty salons. Darnitsa metro station - 20 minutes of walk through the park. City center - 15 minutes by car. Central station - 30 minutes by car.
