Location! Location! Location! Large corner 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom apartment. Secured and quiet condo. Best Location in South Beach on Washington Ave, steps away from the Beach, Española Way, Lincoln Rd, Collins Av and Ocean Dr. Guests will enjoy restaurants, bars, nightclubs, groceries stores, cafes and more at their door steps. Apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The apartment is located in the heart of South Beach. on Washington Avenue. Great location at the corner of 15th Street and Washington Ave, close to bars, restaurants, nightlife and shopping: 2 blocks from the Beach 1 block from Lincoln Rd 3 blocks from Ocean Drive. 1 block from Espanola Way 25 mins from MIA Airport 40 mins from FLL Airport 15 mins from Downtown Miami Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, clubs, convenience stores and more. A car is not recommended and it is difficult to park in the area. I would recommend Uber or Lyft to get around the City
