Welcome to 1036 Maryland Ave, a Picture Perfect home with a pool! You’ll be three short blocks from the beach in this beautiful and well appointed 5 bedroom, 4 bath home. You’re welcomed into the home via a spacious front yard and a covered wrap around porch which is the perfect place to sip an iced tea on a hot summer day. The home is painted with coastal colors and décor that instantly lets you know you’re on vacation. On the first floor is an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. There is also a 1st floor master bedroom with a king bed and a private bath as well as another full bathroom. On the 2nd floor are three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with double vanities, and a family room with sliders to a deck overlooking the rear yard and pool. One bedroom has a king bed, the next a queen bed and the last has two twin beds. The third floor is perfect for the little ones with a large bedroom with two sets of twin bunks beds and two twin beds. They can enjoy some quiet time coloring, reading or even playing a game in the sitting room which is across the hall from the 3rd floor bedroom. At the rear of the home is a lovely screened in porch that leads out to the pool. The rear yard is landscaped with pavers, trees, and shrubs and is surrounded by a privacy fence. There is plenty of room to relax poolside or to enjoy a light snack. Gorgeous is the best way to describe the pool and the surrounding area.
