New England Vacation Rentals is a locally owned full service vacation rental and property management company that specializes in managing and marketing vacation home rentals in Cape Cod. We started out as “owners” renting our own homes and have a combined 35 years together in the business! As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other “friend’s” rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 250 vacation homes. We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We have a large number of pet friendly homes, summer homes with a/c, homes with Internet, homes with pools and homes on the water. All of our homes are professionally maintained. We strive to provide each guest and owner with exceptional quality, value, and customer service. We work with the local Cape Chamber of Commerce to offer 3 or 7 night stays at many of our homes during the Spring and Fall.

An open floor plan with hardwood floors are throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, with granite counter tops and a small cafe table.  Enter into an open living and dining area with sliders to the common backyard area. The living room has a Queen sleep sofa and flat screen HDTV. The Bedroom has a Queen bed and flat screen TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower. Convenient living all on one level! Outside - just off the back deck, you will find a (private to the unit) gas grill. The washer/dryer is located in the basement and is private. There are mini split AC units in both the bedroom and living area. The A/C will keep you cool and the WiFi will keep you connected! Stroll up to the end of the road to find a great little coffee place- best muffins and good sandwiches too! Nice outdoor patio for your enjoyment.
