Bring the whole family to our Privately Owned- 1200sqft condo on the 11th Floor of a 15 Story High-rise. 2bd/2ba. Full Kitchen (Full Size Appliances & Fully Stocked w/Everything You have at your own Home) Ice Maker. In Sink Garbage disposal. Microwave. W/D. King in Master (Bath has Soaking Tub) & 2 Queens in 2nd Bedroom (Bath has Custom Walk-in Shower). Ceiling Fans Thru-Out. Central Heat & Air. 2 Elevators. 3 TV's. Cable & Wifi. Balcony w/Beach View. Off Street Parking (For 1 Car). Across the Street to the Beach (200yards). Outdoor Sand Shower. Trash Chute on Every Floor. Self Check-in (digital Door Locks. Night-Time Security on Premise (Summer-Time). Pool, Kiddee Pool & Hot Tub. Tennis/Pickleball,Shuffleboard & Basketball Courts (Accessories in the condo). There are 4 Beach Chairs for you to use- In the Condo. Lots of Exterior Cameras on the Property. Gas grills for your Grilling Needs. Pergola by the pool. We Even Have a Custom Full-Sized Arcade Game Loaded up with 40 of your Favorite Classic Games! (Frogger, Pac-man,etc) Great for Rainy Days at the Beach!
We Have been coming to Myrtle Beach for 30 plus Years! We Love this Place! We Started Hosting because We Love the atmosphere of Everyone when they are here on Vacation- Everyone is Happy! We Renovated this Condo Ourselves & Made it into a place that WE would want to vacation at. Our goal is to be tho go-to Vacation spot every year for everyone who stays with us!
We are Located in the Best Spot in Myrtle Beach- 6th Ave South. There is So Much within Walking distance: We are 4 Blocks from Where the Boardwalk Starts & the 2nd Ave Fishing Pier. There is Literally any type of Restaurant you may want: Seafood Buffet (Captain Benjimans), Italian (Villa Romano), Sub/ Sandwich Shops, Pizza Shops. Mexican, Steakhouse, Breakfast, Ice Cream (Freindlys & Hersheys) There are even a couple of Great Dive bars w/ Darts & Pool Tables! We are Directly Beside the Family Kingdom Amusement Park. There are 3 Putt-Putt Courses and a Bunch of Beach Shops. As Far as Groceries- Close by are a Wal-Mart, Foodlion & a New Latin Grocery store. Oh and the Greatest Thing- We are Just Across the Street to the Beach! (200 yards)
