A long-term rental home, which is located between the Barn and the main House on the north side of the property is off-limits to guests and has a full-time caretaker/tenant. Please do not block the driveway access to the long-term rental home which is located and accessible behind the barn.

Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.
