Located in the sought-after "Bird section" of the Punta Gorda Isles community, our property includes a spacious dock on sailboat water. The canal offers easy access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico just beyond. * Punta Gorda Private Pool Home Sleeps up to 6 * 3 Bedrooms / 2.5 Bathrooms * Private Pool faces South * Fully Equipped Kitchen with dining for 6 at the dining table with additional breakfast nook * Seating area on lanai overlooks the pool and canal BEDROOMS (Single-Story Home) - Bedroom 1: King Bed/ Attached Bathroom / Lanai Access - Bedroom 2: Queen Bed - Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Dock- Dock available for use. The boat lift is off-limits. Security Camera Location Disclosure- - Garage, Right side of house, Left Side of house, Door, and Back of house (for the dock/boat lift). Garage- There is a two-car garage with one bay available for guest use. The owners vehicle is parked in the other bay. Please return the garage door opener to the kitchen counter upon departure. If remote is not returned there is a charge to replace it. No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. * This property is very strictly no pets and no smoking. * Lead guest should be 35 or older to book this property. * Accepting 5-night stays off-season/summer. 7-nights in season. Pool/Spa Heater Charges and Information: Pool heat is an additional cost. In order to heat the spa, the additional cost must be paid. The pool is chlorinated. This pool faces South. Pool is 25x13 D 6'. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis. BBQ: - There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. - While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills. - Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. - BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional fee will be charged.
