Welcome to 1710 Maryland Ave, a spacious pet friendly twin home in the Poverty Beach Neighborhood. Across the street is protected wetlands so you can enjoy the sounds of nature in this quiet, tucked away neighborhood. You are two short blocks from Poverty Beach which has a public bathroom and outdoor shower for your convenience. You are welcomed into the home from a large open-air deck. The spacious foyer leads you into the first level where you will find the kitchen, dining room, powder room and a spacious living room. The Living Room has sliders that open onto a large, covered deck that steps down into a generous partially fenced yard which is perfect for outdoor grilling and lawn games. The second floor is accessed from the main staircase in the foyer. There is a convenient laundry closet located at the top of the main stairs.
