Start your days off with a hearty family breakfast made in the fully equipped kitchen and let the dishwasher take care of cleanup. Getting cozy is easy with multiple fireplaces, a TV in every room, cable, a DVD collection for the kids, and a Blu-Ray player in the primary bedroom. Use the free WiFi to plan out your days or post photos for friends back home and take care of laundry using the private washer/dryer. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
