- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
- For your security and a smooth check-in:
- A refundable FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS security deposit is required to receive check-in instructions.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.
-A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking.
- Some buildings may require a brief background check per management policy.
- Local guests (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.
- Please contact us for parking, early check-in, or late check-out information, which may be available for an additional fee.
