Only a short walk to all the shopping/restaurants/nightlife on the brick-paved streets of downtown Sanford. Take a stroll on the Lake Monroe walking path. The property is located a 10 to 15 min walk from downtown Sanford with plenty of restaurants/shopping/nightlife. A great dog park is a very short walk just north of the property. We are midway between Orlando attractions and the ocean.
