A NOTE FROM YOUR HOST. Welcome to your home away from home. Property use is restricted to the number of guests listed in your reservation with maximum occupancy not being exceeded. All guests to respect “quiet hours” from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Pets are allowed only if noted in your reservation. Renters must be at least 21 years old. Underage guests must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Smoking, commercial filming, tents, and charcoal grills are prohibited. Gas grills, where available, are not maintained by GCPM and are used at your own risk. Renters are liable for any property damage and associated costs.
If the residence requires a Homeowners Association application, this may require personal details. Guests are encouraged to complete and return the application form by email at time of booking and no later than 24 hours after booking. Failure to do so could drive additional cost to the guest to ensure HOA timelines are still met, or at worst could result in cancellation of the reservation. If included in your reservation, we are not responsible for the inoperability or availability of community/membership privileges or access to recreational features and on-site amenities.

This comfy home is located in Nokomis, FL. Nokomis is known for its beautiful seashore, many shopping possibilities, and improved residential areas. Nokomis Beach can be found at the south end of famously known Casey Key, one of Sarasota's hidden gems, an isolated and exclusive enclave. You'll be fond of what Nokomis offers, lovely Gulf beaches and fishing for visitors, as well as its boat launch ramp and beautiful shoreline. Not to mention nearby golf courses like Calusa Lakes and Sorrento Par 3.
Neighboring this home is Venice, known for Venice Beach’s coral reef and Caspersen Beach, where shark teeth are often found. Many trails hug the Intracoastal Waterway in Venetian Waterway Park. Other parks include Centennial Park and West Blalock Park. This home is also a short distance from South Sarasota and Siesta Key.
