Hacienda del Sol II welcomes you to unit 317! This beautiful third floor corner 3 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo is completely renovated and updated. Amenities include premiere cable channels and secure WiFi. This spacious end unit complete with stainless steel kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, and a 65 inch Smart TV in the living room is the perfect fit for families and couples alike. King bed in the master bedroom, queen in the middle bedroom and 2 full bunk beds with single trundles in the 3rd bedroom will comfortably sleep up to 12 total in the unit. Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. Refunds: There will be no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item(s) in the unit or other areas of the common property for any cause. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or condition of the property beyond our control. Due to unexpected circumstances, if your unit is not available, we reserve the right to assign you another unit.  Thank you for coming!
