Mallard Lakes charges a 150 dollars amenity fee for parking and pool, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests must go to the Mallard Lakes office to pay for it. Every other week during the year, the amenity fee is 100 dollars per week. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
