I've worked in the customer service sector for two decades and focus on providing excellence through people, product, and process. My vacation rental properties are specifically selected, to ensure that my guests have premium experiences at truly unique locations! I work remotely in Southern California and I handle all the electronic and phone communication with our guests. To provide localized support I have a great team, which includes a local Guest Experience Manager, operations, and cleaners. Siesta Key Dream’s largest and most luxurious vacation rental, features four levels, totaling 6-bedrooms, 9-beds, 6 full-bathrooms, & 2 half-bathrooms. Notable attributes include: a heated-pool, hot tub, 2-balconies, a roof-top sundeck, parking, a backyard and an elevator. With a premier location, beach access point #4 is 400 feet away, and the Siesta Key Village is one block away. In addition to a highly desired location, the unique property design allows beach and Gulf of Mexico views from multiple levels. This rental is perfect for family and friend gatherings and can accommodate up to 16 guests (14-adults & 2-children max). With 4 levels, an elevator between levels 1 to 3, each level has unique amenities as described below: Level-1: Private heated pool, hot tub, two HDTVs, a gas grill, Traeger smoker, ping-pong table, putting green, privacy shrubbery, a refrigerator/freezer, and parking for 5 vehicles. Level-2: Four bedrooms with full bathrooms attached to each, three of the bedrooms have king size beds and direct walk-out balcony access, the fourth bedroom has 4 bunk-beds with a HDTV in each bunk. There is a wet bar with a sink, dishwasher and a beverage fridge. HDTVs are in every bedroom, plus the living room. An attached balcony with beach views looks over the private backyard. Level-3: 10-person dining table, 6-person island are inside, and a 6-person dining table is on the balcony. The kitchen has premium appliances that include a wolf range, fridge/freezer, ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The living room has a large window with views of the beach and ocean. HDTVs are in the living room and both bedrooms. The two bedrooms have attached full-bathrooms, king beds, and walk-out access to the balcony that present views of the beach, Gulf of Mexico, and the Siesta Key Village. Level-4: A spiral staircase from the 3-level balcony to the sundeck that has beach views.
